Quickbooks online

I have just taken over a company who uses quickbooks online for all thier accounts. I have never used this software before as I usually use VT+. I have noticed some expense items have not been categorised and some need changing as their category is incorrect. How do I amend this in quickbooks online.

Hello Macclesfield

When you click on the expense you want to categorise or amend, a new window pops up which enables you to edit using a drop down. If you start typing the first few letters of the account name you require and there is no match, you get the option to add a new account.
